📖 Doxy Instructions for Clients

1. Access Your Online Session 🔗

• Use the Doxy URL sent by email before each session.
  • Example: https://doxy.me/seoulcounselingcenter

2. Joining Your Session 🎥

1. Enter your counselor’s Doxy URL.
2. Type your name when prompted.
3. In the waiting room, turn on video + sound.

💡 Tip: To chat, click your counselor’s name in the top left corner.

3. Test Your Device Beforehand 🖥️

• Run the Pre-call Test (bottom left on the Doxy screen).

• This checks:

  ✅ Internet connection

  ✅ Audio

  ✅ Video

⚙️ Audio Troubleshooting:

• Right-click the speaker icon → Recording Devices
• Disable all but one microphone

4. Data Security 🔒

• SCC has a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Doxy.
• SCC ensures HIPAA security standards and confidentiality.
